Last evening our HS Marching Band went into the Chapters Competition hoping for a BIG win, this is the competition that prepares the band for the ACC Competition ~ Atlantic Coast Championship, this involves 120 bands from nine states on the East Coast! Our band placed first in its group, with an excellent score and also four "best of" in the catagories of, music, marching, auxillary (flags, rifles, and swords) and drum major....WE ARE PROUD OF OUR BAND!!

In two weeks we will travel to the ACC Competition and cheer our band on for a great placement in the scoring and victory in the eyes of the judges! DO YOUR BEST WILDCATS, WE ARE PROUD OF YOU!! Of course it does not hurt that two of the grandchildren are members of the band...we have had the pride of having all four of our grandchildren be part of this winning band!

Way to go.. Was this competition in Allentown? If so, my nephew was there with his band from Cedar Cliff HS.
Congratulations to the band...
I started a while back having trouble with uploading pictures and them then not showing up in the order I wanted. My brother told me how to just go under the html tab and rearrange them.
I meant to write you last night and tell you how, and didn't post. then have been busy today, but will try to get to it later tonight if you want.
