some hide, some hunt...

As part of the Easter tradition, with our family having dinner together, we have an Easter Egg Hunt for the grandchildren. As sometimes it happens only two of the four DGKs were able to be with us for the tradition of the day! The two college boys were with their "other grandparents" for Easter Dinner (that family shared last evening with us). Our daughter and her family hosted the delicious dinner and we had lots of good eating and chatter at the table! We were joined by my brother and sister-in-law and they added to the "remember whens"...it was fun!

First picture is of my hubby hiding eggs, always creative with my son-in-law with the places to hide. Sometimes it is hard to imagine the eggs seem so visible to the adults but yet not found by the grandchildren!

Grandson #3 is on the search, he is searching under the deck where I stood to watch and to snap this picture. Yes that is snow that you see on the ground at his feet, yesterday we had 3" and it melted away except for the shaded areas!

And here we see *sweet granddaughter* finding an egg in the tree, oh my it was ~right there~ at just the right spot for her to see!

I hope that the fun of the "Easter Egg hunt" never leaves us, it is a *tradition* for us!
